Tuna sauce with olives and mushrooms for pasta

ingredients

  • 1 can of tuna in olive oil
  • 1 onion cut into cubes
  • 1 can of whole tomatoes chopped with their juice
  • 1 chili pepper chopped or chili flakes
  • 300 g white mushrooms sliced
  • 100g Lelia Sliced Kalamon olives
  • Leaves of 1/2 bunch of parsley, finely chopped
  • Salt
  • Pepper

method

In a deep pan or in a medium-sized pot sauté the onion in oil from the canned tuna for 2-3 minutes. Add the mushrooms and chili pepper and sauté until all liquid has been evaporated. Add the tuna, the tomatoes with their juice, the Lelia Sliced Kalamon olives, salt and pepper. Let the sauce simmer for about 15 minutes or until thick. Sprinkle with parsley.
