Salt cod with olive spread and herbs

Wash, dry and cut the herbs. Cut the spring onions into slices. In a large frying pan heat the olive oil. Add spring onions and herbs and sauté for a few minutes. Add the fish, sauté for a few minutes more. Add the wine and continue until it has evaporated. Add the Lelia green olive spread and pepper. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes and add the lemon juice. Shake the pot to mix the ingredients, turn off the heat and leave the pot without lid on the electric plate for 5 more minutes.
