Chicken with peppers and olives

ingredients

  • 1 1/5 kg chicken in portions
  • 8 peppers (4 green peppers, 2 orange peppers, 2 yellow peppers)
  • 250g Lelia Black Olives
  • 1 big onion cut into 8 pieces
  • ½ glass of wine
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

method

Sauté the chicken in medium heated olive oil. Add salt, pepper and the onion. Add the wine and wait until it has evaporated. Add the peppers (cut into slices) and the Lelia Black Olives. Cook at medium heat for 45 minutes up to an hour. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with white rice.
