Breadsticks With Olives



Sift the 2 different types of flour and mix them in a large bowl. Make a puddle in the middle and put the butter, egg, salt, dry yeast, water, dry oregano and Lelia Mixed Kalamata & Green Olives. Mix the ingredients by hand in order to form a dough. Knead about 5 minutes, until the dough becomes soft and it does not stick in your hands. Cut the dough into small pieces and roll each piece into a long shape. Put some non-stick paper on a baking pan and lay the breadsticks in a distance of 2 cm between them. Leave the breadsticks for about 10 -15 minutes, or until risen a little. Preheat the oven to 180oC.  Bake the bread sticks for 25-30 minutes, or until golden-brown and crisp.
